Welcome to our newsletter! We’re eager to share updates about our efforts for election integrity and transparency.
First, our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported our work in the months since the ETA was founded. We would not exist without the people who have cheered us on, given us the gift of their time and attention, and put in the hard work.
To those who have donated -- thank you! Your generosity and conviction have been instrumental in enabling us to overcome the financial obstacles of getting this organization off the ground.
Our most valuable resources, though, are our volunteers and helpers. They dedicate their hard work and expertise to this effort -- often behind the scenes, where no one else can see. They are ordinary people with jobs, toddlers, and bills to pay. They are the foundation of our organization, and we’re so grateful for their service.
In case you missed it:
Nathan, ETA’s Executive Director of Public Advocacy, was recently interviewed on KCVotes, Roland Martin Unfiltered, The Mark Thompson Show, Lights On with Jessica Denson, and the Titus Podcast. Keep an eye on our socials and the ETA YouTube Channel for more!
We’ve added printable sticker sheets and posters to our website! They’re free to use and great for gatherings like town halls and peaceful protests.
We hope you enjoy the updates in this newsletter. There is critical work ahead, and we need your help to get it done. Thank you for your continued interest and support!
How We Got Here:
On November 5th, 2024, Americans and others around the world waited for the results of the U.S. Presidential Election. They were primed to wait days, possibly weeks, for the outcome. Instead, many were surprised to find that the results of the Presidential election had been called by the early hours of the morning.
All seven swing states were won by a single candidate – each by enough votes to avoid an automatic recount.
Within two months, the results of the 2024 U.S. election brought the three founders of the Election Truth Alliance (ETA) together:
Nathan, a cybersecurity specialist and 25 Bravo in the U.S. Army Reserve
Lilli, a Canadian policy analyst with a background in political science and history
Jive, an auditor and chartered accountant with an eye for fraud and a love for numbers.
By November 2024, Jive began finding anomalies in election data for multiple swing states — preparing an analysis of public data from Clark County, Nevada. Simultaneously, Nathan was making videos on YouTube to break down complex data for a broader audience — including Jive’s Clark County analysis. Lilli, concerned after coming across an open letter from cybersecurity experts urging for recounts, reached out to both Jive and Nathan to clarify and communicate the findings further.
The three of them quickly reached the same conclusion. They shared a common goal: getting these findings out to the public and ensuring election integrity. It was a job too big for any one person – but the American Media wasn’t reporting on these anomalies, and there were no signs of investigation from the U.S. Government. The only option, then, was to do it themselves.
In the final weeks of December 2024, they formed an organization with the goal of preserving election integrity. With the new year, and the new administration, rapidly approaching, they assembled a small team and began moving at the ‘speed of trust’ to refine and share Clark County, Nevada data with the public.
On January 3rd, the ETA posted our first video. On January 5th, Nathan appeared on “Lights on With Jessica Denson”, a game changer as the organization’s first media exposure. On January 19th, remarks about “vote-counting computers” gave new life and brought new interest to our efforts.
We started at a sprint, and we’ve been sprinting ever since to bring you the best information possible about what we can do to preserve and protect democracy.
Audit Advocacy Toolkit: Demand Election Integrity NOW
Over the past few weeks, our team has been hard at work building a toolkit so everyone can advocate for hand audits of paper voting records. We are proud to introduce the Audit Advocacy Toolkit.
The toolkit contains email templates and phone call scripts to help get you started. The templates are preloaded with most of the information and language that you need. Feel free to use them as-is, or to spice them up in your own way.
We hope that this toolkit makes talking about election integrity with your election officials a little less intimidating!
Calls For Action
Use the Toolkit to contact local representatives & request audits.
Sign the Petition to encourage officials in PA to #VerifytheVote.

Thank You
We will continue the fight for free and fair elections, but we need your help!
Our goal is simple: verify the vote for the 2024 U.S. General election. That means that we’re trying to make sure that election machinery wasn’t compromised – and that paper voting records match computer-tallied vote totals.
Weak, unrepresentative audits are not enough. We need comprehensive reviews to safeguard future elections.
In case you missed it, we’re seeking hand audits of paper voting records in Pennsylvania. It looks right now like legal action will be needed to achieve this. We’ve hired a legal team and are looking for people who live and voted in Pennsylvania to get involved. Check out Nathan’s latest update video to learn more about how to get involved.
We know it can seem like it takes a long time for us to get information out to you. This is because we need to make sure that all of our information has been triple (if not quadruple!) checked before it goes out. We only get one opportunity to do this right and we want to show up with accurate and reliable information.
Thank you for supporting the fight for fair and transparent elections. We appreciate your patience as we dig through the information currently available to us.
Stay on the lookout for our next newsletter!
